Jane first became interested in yoga while volunteering in India, aged 19. Since then, she has trained in six different disciplines, led international workshops, and in 2016, opened her own studio in Portland, Oregon.

She now specializes in helping other yoga practitioners find balance and business success. Jane hosts an annual retreat in Greece and volunteers regularly with Portland non-profits.

In 2018, she launched the Millard yoga scholarship for a promising new instructor of limited means. That year, she also won the award for Best Holistic Business from New Options magazine.
